About Lauren Cox Psychology

Many people appear to have everything together on the outside while internally feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or lacking direction. Therapy offers a safe space to explore these feelings and better understand patterns that may be holding you back.
I provide a compassionate and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the states of New York and Connecticut, dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and build more meaningful, balanced lives. I provide telehealth therapy for individuals seeking support, insight, and personal growth.

I received my Doctoral Degree from Pace University in New York City in 2008. My work is grounded in established psychological principles, and I remain committed to staying informed about current research and clinical approaches.

I work with adults struggling with life transitions, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, and women struggling with maternal mental health. I am here to support you, listen with empathy and openness, and guide you through life transitions and hard times. Therapy with me is collaborative, relaxed, and compassionate. I would love to help you build confidence and help you create and live your most authentic life. If you are considering therapy and would like to learn more about working together, I welcome you to reach out.
